HOLUPKEY 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. rice, parboiled a few minutes
1 onion
Sm. clove of garlic
1 tsp. salt
Black pepper
1 med. head cabbage - wilt to soften the leaves to separate
1 can of tomato soup or tomatoes

Mix all ingredients and wrap in cabbage leaves. Do not add tomatoes to the mix yet. Add tomatoes when ready to cook the holupkey. Simmer slowly for about an hour or until soft.
