SOUR CREAM WHIP POTATOES 
12 potatoes
Milk and butter to taste
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream

Peel, slice and boil potatoes until tender. Drain, mash and add milk and butter; mix well. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Beat with mixer until smooth.

Pour in 6x9 casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (desired amount). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put under broiler and brown top. Serve hot.
