GRILLED POTATOES 
3 med. to lg. potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. water
Sprinkle of chives
1 med. onion, chopped
Sprinkle of seasoned salt

Slice potatoes about 1/8 inch thick. Place potatoes in tin foil (big enough to fold up). Add 2 tablespoons in each tin foil pouch, add butter, chives, seasoned salt, fold on top and sides so no water and butter will leak out. Place on rack in oven (or outside grill) on 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve in tin foil on plates with steak, pork chops, burgers, etc. Good change from plain baked potatoes. Serves 2.
