RANCH SAUCE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. lard
2 c. chopped tomatoes
2 tsp. dry oregano leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. canned jalapenos

Saute onion and lard for 4 minutes add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips and cheese.
