SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
Pinch of salt
Vanilla (optional)
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. milk
Butter
Nutmeg

Combine first three ingredients in bowl. Add cream and milk. Pour into shell. Dot with butter and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce to 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes longer or until set.
