LINDA'S CHICKEN 
1 env. golden onion soup mix
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sherry
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. frozen concentrated orange juice, undiluted
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
Cut up chicken, remove tips from wings

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use 9"x13" pan, put chicken in pan. Blend other ingredients and coat chicken with mixture. Cook 40 minutes.
