RANGER COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. wheat, rice or corn cereal
1 c. coconut

Mix and add nuts if desired. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
