PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger

Mix ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour into floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

FROSTING:

1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
