CHICKEN PATTIES 
4 chicken breasts
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 egg whites
4 scallions
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 tomato, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Put chicken into food processor and mix until fine. Add rest of ingredients and mix until all blended. Form into patties.

Dip into 2 cups of flour then into 1 cup bread crumbs. Fry in oil on both sides until brown. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
