OVER "FRIED" CHICKEN 
2 lb. chicken pieces of our choice
Flour (enough to roll chicken in) salted & peppered
2 tbsp. water

Mix flour, salt and pepper. Roll chicken in flour mixture. Put in baking dish or large skillet (works well in iron skillet). Add water. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer, or until lightly browned.

This is a good recipe if you are on a low cholesterol diet.
