4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Crisco
1 egg
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. vinegar

Cut in flour, salt and Crisco in large bowl. In another bowl, mix egg, water and vinegar. Add to large bowl. Mix with fork to form dough. Roll out on floured board. Makes 4 crusts.
