EASY BROCCOLI & RICE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, boiled & strained
1 c. cooked rice
1 stick butter
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 tsp. garlic, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Pet milk
6 to 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, melted
1/8 c. bread crumbs

In saucepan, saute butter, celery, onion and garlic. Add milk, soup and cheese. Stir continuously. Combine broccoli and rice in corning dish. Pour saucepan mixture over rice and broccoli. Sprinkle bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
