1 - 2 c. mashed pumpkin
1 c. milk
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
cinnamon

Mix pumpkin and milk in saucepan. Heat. When just starting to boil, add beaten egg with the rest of ingredients.

Pour into a baked 9 in. pie shell. Top with whipped cream.
