POUND CAKE DELIGHT 
1 tbsp. cream
2 heaping tsp. coffee (instant Swiss w/cinnamon)
Frozen Saran Lee pound cake
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Thaw cake and cut in thin layers with sharp knife. Heat 1 tablespoon cream and coffee. Let it cool. Whip cream until stiff. Add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, vanilla and coffee mixture. Keep beating all the time. Lay first layer on plate and frost. Continue with layers. Cover entire cake with cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
