EASY YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. very warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
4 c. all-purpose flour

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add sugar and salt and mix until dissolved. Add egg and beat well. Add hot water and milk and blend well. Add 2 cups flour and beat with wire whisk until smooth.

Add butter and beat well. Add remaining flour and stir until well blended and smooth. Place in large greased bowl, cover lightly and set in warm place to rise (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours). Punch dough down and shape into rolls.

Put in greased pans, cover with towels and let rise for about one hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
