RHUBARB PIE 
1 c. flour less 1 tbsp.
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter

FILLING:

4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar (1 c. for late rhubarb)

Mix crust ingredients together until crumbly, press 1/2 into bottom of 9 inch pie pan. Mix filling ingredients together, pour into crust. Sprinkle remaining crust on top, pat lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
