GREEN - PEPPERED STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion
1 clove garlic, minced
4 green peppers, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. beef bouillon
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce

Cut steak into 1/4 inch diagonal slivers. In heavy skillet, place oil, salt and pepper. Add meat and brown. Add onions, garlic, peppers, celery and bouillon. Cover with a tight fitting lid and cook over low heat.

Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce. Add to mixture and cook until juice thickens. Serve over hot rice.
