2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oatmeal

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in saucepan. Bring this mixture to a rolling boil and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until it is melted. Add vanilla and oatmeal. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool completely.
