HOMEMADE CHICKEN NUGGETS | |
2 boneless chicken breasts 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. pepper 1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash (original) 2 tbsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 1/4 cups milk Cut each chicken breast into small bite sized pieces. Mix all dry ingredients into a medium size bowl, stir well. In a second small bowl beat eggs and milk until well beaten. Proceed by dipping the chicken pieces in egg mixture then coat chicken pieces in dry (flour) mixture. After this, place chicken on a plate for 5 minutes to let the flour mixture set in before frying. Heat oil in deep fryer or suitable skillet (I use a Fry Daddy) to 350°F. When mixture is set fry for 5 to 7 minutes or until dark golden brown. Place fried nuggets on paper towels.
