TURTLES 
2 c. sugar
2 c. white Karo syrup
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter
12 tbsp. evaporated milk
Walnuts
12 oz. chocolate chips

Cook to soft ball stage sugar, syrup, and whipping cream to soft ball stage. Add butter and evaporated milk. Bring back to soft ball stage. Spray wax paper with Pam. Pour caramel into quarter sizes. Place walnut in center. Spoon melted chocolate chips over top.
