ITALIAN BREADED STEAK 
3 lbs. sirloin steak
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Cut steak into serving pieces. Dip both sides of steak in oil and bread crumbs. Place on rack until coating is completely dry and repeat coating process (this will insure uniform coating of steak). Place steak on broiler pan and broil until steak reaches desired tenderness. Serves 4.
