HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
30 oz. bag shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. shredded Cheddar
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions (if desired)
1 tsp. salt

Mix everything together and spread in greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
