TART LEMON BARS 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Lemon Glaze - recipe follows

Combine 1 cup flour, sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press into greased 11 x 7 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, lemon juice and rind; mix well. Spread over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Spread with glaze.

Glaze: Combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Blend until smooth. Spread over bars.
