LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Mix in salt, flour and powdered sugar. Press in bottom of pan for crust and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat eggs; add 2 cups sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Beat this by hand only. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into bars.
