NEAPOLITAN PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic
6 lean pork chops
Salt
Black pepper
3 tbsp. tomato paste
3 tbsp. dry white wine
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

1. In a heavy skillet, heat the oil, add the garlic and cook until browned. Discard the garlic. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides. 2. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer over low heat until the chops are tender and cooked through, about 30 to 35 minutes.
