BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS
2 lbs. chicken wings
Vegetable oil
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 to 3 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Celery, carrot or zucchini sticks

BLUE CHEESE DRESSING:

3/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. half & half

Prepare Blue Cheese Dressing; cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces; discard tip. Cut off excess skin, discard. Heat oil (2 to 3 inches) in deep fryer. Fry wings 4 to 6 at a time, turning occasionally, until golden brown and done (8 to 10 minutes); drain. Keep warm in oven at 275 degrees while frying remaining wings.

Mix butter, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in large bowl until well blended. Add wings; toss until evenly coated with sauce. Serve with Blue Cheese Dressing.

DRESSING INSTRUCTIONS: Reserve 1/2 cup of blue cheese. Beat remaining blue cheese and cream cheese on low speed until blended. Add mayonnaise and half and half; beat on low speed until creamy. Stir in reserved blue cheese.
