ENCHILADA SQUARES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 envelope Fajita mix
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 eggs
1/3 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives
2 c. regular Fritos
1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded

In skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Spread in 9 x 9 inch glass casserole. Beat next 4 ingredients together in order shown. Sprinkle with olives. Top with Fritos. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese melts, 3 to 5 minutes.
