HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN | |
4 chicken breast halves 1/3 c. honey 1/4 c. Dijon mustard Heat oven to 375°F. Remove skin and all visible fat from chicken. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Combine honey and mustard in a small bowl and pour over chicken. Bake 25 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, basting every 10 minutes, until meat is tender. Total preparation time is 10 minutes and cooking time is 45 minutes. Serves 4. |
