HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN | |
1/4 c. Dijon mustard 3 tbsp. honey 2 tsp. lemon juice 2/3 c. bread crumbs 1 lb. skinless chicken breasts 1 tbsp. vegetable oil Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray 15 x 10 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan; set aside. Combine mustard, honey and lemon juice in shallow pie plate. Place bread crumbs in another pie plate. Dip chicken in mustard mixture, turning to coat and then in bread crumbs. Place on pan, drizzle evenly with oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. |
