TUNA TETRAZZINI 
1 tbsp. butter
Sm. onion, chopped
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
5 oz. can evaporated milk
2/3 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 (7 oz.) cans drained tuna
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 c. cooked egg (dumpling style) noodles

Cook noodles according to package directions. Set aside. In large skillet, melt butter add onions saute. Add soup; evaporated milk; lemon juice; cheese. Stir constantly. Add tuna; garlic salt; and noodles. Put into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
