CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. creme de menthe
1 c. sour cream
12 oz. mint chocolate chips
1/3 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding

Mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick comes out clear.
