TASTY BEER BEEF 
2 to 3 lbs. tender beef, cut in cubes
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Shake beef cubes in flour to which you may add your favorite seasonings. Mix soup, gravy and beer together. In crock pot put beef and liquid mixture. Turn on high for one hour then reduce to low and cook covered for about 6 hours. Just before serving pearl onions may be added to mixture and sauteed sliced or whole mushrooms. If mixture needs thickening, thicken with a little cornstarch and water. Best served over noodles.
