THAI CHICKEN 
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. Picante sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger

Cook over low heat until smooth. 2 chicken breasts, cubed

Stir fry chicken in 2 tablespoons oil and combine with sauce. Garnish with red bell pepper strips and peanuts.
