PASTA SALAD 
1/2 lb. pasta (shells, spiral, etc.)
2 carrots
1 stalk broccoli
Good Seasons Italian dressing
1 med. onion, chopped

Cook pasta, cool immediately in cold water. Drain. Scrape carrots, cut into thin slices. Cut broccoli into small pieces. Put vegetables in boiling water (with a pinch of salt) until color brightens about 2 minutes. Cool immediately in cold water; drain. Toss pasta and vegetables; add onions. Make Italian dressing, add to salad; toss and chill.
