1-1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sour milk (buttermilk)
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cream the butter with the dry ingredients, except soda. Add the sour milk with the soda. Stir well and pour into buttered and floured pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
