PUMPKIN TORTE | |
24 graham crackers, crushed 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 2 c. pumpkin 3 egg yolks, place whites in separate bowl 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 env. plain gelatin Mix and press first 3 items into 9x13 inch pan. Mix next 3 items and pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook next 6 items until thick. Remove mixture from heat and add gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water. Cool. Beat 3 egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar and fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate. |
