1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Cook pudding in large saucepan as directed on package. Stir cake mix (dry) into hot pudding. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into pan; sprinkle with chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake 18-20 minutes. Cut into bars, 2 x 1 1/2 inches. About 50 bars.
