1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. finely chopped ham
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
2/3 c. finely crushed crackers
1 1/2 c. milk
Dash of pepper

Cook onion in butter until tender, combine with all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a 10 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted just off center comes out clean. Makes 6 servings.
