2 rock Cornish game hens
2 1/2 c. servings "Stove-Top" stuffing with one individual box of raisins stirred in
1/2 to 1 lb. bacon

Fill hens with 1/2 cup stuffing mixture. Wrap uncooked bacon strips around each hen to cover; secure with toothpicks. Place hens breast sides up on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast hens uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
