FAST CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. cocoa
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 can milk
1 c. nuts

Line a square pan 8 x 8 x 2 inches with aluminum foil. Set aside.

In a microproof bowl, microwave butter on high until melted. Add cocoa, stir well until smooth. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in milk. Microwave on high 1 minute or until mixture is hot. Beat with a spoon until smooth. Add nuts. Pour into pan, cover and chill until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
