SWEET ORANGE HONEY BREAD 
1 cup of milk
1 large egg, beaten
4 1/4 cups bread honey
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
5 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon dried orange peel
a few drops of pure orange oil (optional)
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Combine ingredients in bread maker in order given, making a well for the yeast on the top. Select regular course and medium crust.

After bread begins to knead, check consistency. If dough appears rough or crumbly, add up to 1/4 cup water or milk during the first few minutes of the kneading cycle.

(Once you are familiar with the flour you're using you may add the correct amount of liquid at the beginning by increasing the milk quantity.)
