WALDORF SLAW SALAD 
6 c. cabbage
Apple
Raisins
Walnuts
Mayonnai se

Coursely chop cabbage to make 6 cups. Cut apple with peel on into bit size chunks. Add 1/2 cup raisins that have been soaked about 15 minutes in warm water. Toss gently with dressing of 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise, dash of sugar and thinned with milk. Chill, when ready to serve, garnish with apple slices soaked in lemon juice and walnuts.
