COOL COLESLAW SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (orange-pineapple or lemon)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. grated onion
3 c. shredded cabbage
2 tbsp. diced pimento
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add vinegar and cold water and stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and onion, blending thoroughly. Chill until thickened. Fold in cabbage, pimento and parsley. Pour into glass or China serving bowl. Chill until firm. Makes 6-8 servings.
