OXTAIL STEW 
1 pkg. oxtails

Cover oxtails with water and boil down fat. Then drain water. Add fresh water to cover oxtails. Then add: 2 Chinese Star Anise 1 chopped salted turnip, preserved

Boil down until soft about 4-6 hours. Add water when needed. Serve over rice.
