LEMON PARSLEY STUFFING 
10 c. bread crumbs
1 c. fine chopped onion
1 c. chopped parsley
4 tsp. lemon peel, grated
2 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice

Combine all dry ingredients. Mix well. Melt butter, beat eggs and add all wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Let stand 1 hour. Stuff bird. This does well made ahead of time and frozen until needed.
