TACO TWIST 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. spiral macaroni, cooked and drained
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine cooked macaroni and sour cream. Place on bottom of a 9 inch square baking pan or a square 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
