TACO STEAK 
1 env. taco seasoning
1 c. water
1/4 c. sherry
1 (3 lb.) London Broil, 1 1/2-2 inches thick

Mix seasoning, water and sherry. Place meat in a plastic bag. Pour marinade in and seal. Let set at room temperature several hours. Turn once.

Drain steak. Reserve marinade. Grill steak over medium coals 3 inches from heat 30 minutes, turning frequently and basting often. Slice thinly.
