OVEN STUFFED CHICKEN 
2 c. golden mushroom soup
2/3 c. water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. melted butter
2 broilers (about 2 1/2 lb. each) split
Paprika
1/3 c. chopped onion
Generous dash poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. butter

Combine soup with water. In roasting pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 2 1/4 inch). Mix 2/3 cup soup mixture with stuffing mix and melted butter. Place broilers over stuffing; sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 30 minutes longer or until tender.

Meanwhile, in saucepan, cook onion with poultry seasoning in butter until tender. Stir in remaining soup mixture. Heat, stir now and then. Serve with chicken and stuffing.
