SALMON CAKES 
1 (15 oz.) can salmon
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and form cakes. Pan fry 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Makes 6 cakes.
