COCONUT CAKE 
Pillsbury Plus white cake mix

Add: 3 1/2 oz. coconut 16 oz. can cream of coconut

FROST WITH:

12 oz. Cool Whip
3 1/2 oz. coconut

Mix cake according to directions. Add almond extract and 3 1/2 ounce coconut. Bake in greased, floured 9 x 13 inch pan in 350 degree oven for 25-35 minutes. Remove from oven and pierce generously with a fork. Pour can of cream of coconut over cake. When completely cool, frost with Cool Whip (thawed and mixed with 3 1/2 ounce coconut). This cake is better if baked the day before use. Refrigerate (can be frozen).
